2x6=12 - die neue D12 / the brandnew D12

Die Idee zu einer 2-Zylinder mit oszillierenden Zylinder gab es bei Wilesco wohl schon etwas länger. Jetzt ist diese Maschine umgesetzt worden..

The idea of a 2-cylinder with an oscillating cylinder had probably been around for a while at Wilesco. Now this machine has been implemented.

Herausgekommen ist eine wunderschöne kleine 2-Zylinder-Maschine in der wirklich tollen Farbkombination Schwarz-Rot-Messing.

The result is a beautiful little 2-cylinder machine in the really great color combination of black, red and brass.

Technisch besteht die neue D12 aus der Grundplatte, dem Kessel und dem Kesselhaus der D10. Die beiden Zylinder stammen von der D6. Daher kommt auch der Name: 2x6=12

Technically, the new D12 consists of the base plate, the boiler and the boiler house of the D10. The two cylinders come from the D6. This is where the name comes from: 2x6 = 12

Obwohl die Maschinen mit oszillierendem Zylinder bei Wilesco normalerweise keinen Dampfhahn haben, hat man sich bei der neuen D12 glücklicherweise entschieden diesen zu verbauen..
