Sogar bei so einfachen Zubehörteilen wie den reifen gibt es Einiges zu berichten.

Even with accessories as simple as the tires, there is a lot to Report..

Grundsätzlich gibt es zwei verschiedene Zubehör-Sets an Reifen:

- das Set 01452 für den Traktor, welches aus reifen für die hinteren Räder mit Längsprofil und ....

There are basically two different accessory sets on tires:
- Set 01452 for the tractor, which consists of tires for the rear wheels with longitudinal profile and ....

... den schmalen Reifen für die Vorderräder ohne Profil besteht.

 ... there is a narrow tire for the front wheels without tread.

für die Walzen gibt es ein extra Set (01454) mit breiten Reifen und schräg verlaufendem Profil.

Aber ist schon mal jemandem aufgefallen, dass das Profil links und rechts die gleiche Ausrichtung hat? Wäre das im Original so gewesen, wäre eine Walze bei schwierigem Untergrund nur seitlich gerutscht und nicht vorwärts gekommen.

In der Vergangenheit waren die reifen bei Wilesco anders ausgeführt. Zu der zeit waren die Profile entgegengesetzt. So wie es im original auch gewesen ist.

In the past, the tires at Wilesco were designed differently. At the time, the profiles were opposite. Just as it was in the original.

Zu der Zeit waren sowohl die Hinterreifen, als auch die Vorderreifen aus Flachmaterial, welches an einer Stelle zusammen geklebt wurde. Dadurch entstand ein Stoß, aber die Hinterräder konnte man mit der richtigen Ausrichtung des Profils fertigen.

At the time, both the rear tires and the front tires were made of flat material, which was glued together in one place. This created a shock, but the rear wheels could be made with the correct orientation of the Profile.

Genau diese Klebestelle machte dann aber immer wieder Probleme. Einerseits sollen die Reifen stramm auf den Rädern sitzen, andererseits darf die Klebestelle nicht überbelastet werden. Leider sind die Reifen bei der Montage immer mal wieder gerissen.

Exactly this glue point always caused problems. On the one hand, the tires should sit tight on the wheels, on the other hand, the glue joint must not be overloaded. Unfortunately, the tires are torn from time to time during assembly.

Daher hat man entschieden die Räder aus einem Stück in einem Werkzeug herzustellen. Und um Werkzeugkosten zu sparen gibt es halt nur ein Werkzeug und damit auch nur eine Ausrichtung des Profils.

It was therefore decided to manufacture the wheels from one piece in one tool. And to save tool costs there is only one tool and therefore only one alignment of the Profile.
